Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Need to return, replace, or exchange an item? Please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number and the reason for the request. If you prefer, you can call us at (800) 634-2704 and speak to a customer service representative.
www.valeofit.com customers may return new, unused, and unworn item within 30 days of ordering for a full refund.
*Customers returning items will be required to pay for the return freight.
Need a different size or item?
If you’d like to exchange your new, unused and unworn item for a different product or different size, please return the item within 30 days of delivery. We will issue you a full refund and you can then place a new order.
*Customers requesting an exchange will be required to pay both the return freight and the freight for the new shipment.
INCORRECT AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 634-2704 so we can correct the issue.
All other matters concerning orders are covered under Valeo’s Terms and Conditions.
Most orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment and address verification are received. In rare instances, there may be an extenuating or unforeseen circumstance that leads to a fulfillment delay.
